Get up and go! The importance of staying active as you age

According to a new study published by Statistics Canada, adults over the age of 65 and in better health are more likely to be actively engaged in physical, and social activities. Such engagement can help to maintain good health, both physically and mentally. Unfortunately, the same study showed that seniors are less active now than they were in 1986.
