How to stay active this winter

Winter officially arrived on December 21, although many of us have already experienced our first taste of the season. Shorter days, less sunlight and colder temperatures can make winter challenging for many. For older adults, the fear of falling may prevent them from wanting to go outside. So how exactly do you stay active, both physically and socially, during the winter? Whether at home, or at your local community centre, there are many activities you can do indoors.
