Newly published research examines the health benefits of maintaining a regular sex life well into your later years. The new study suggests that sex is right up there with sleep and exercise in benefiting the mind and body and contributing to a longer life span. While we might not need scientists to convince us that more sex is a good thing, the study author admits that many people don't like to think that older people have sex, and it's important to challenge that societal perception.
