Do you suffer from back pain? How to find relief

Back pain is a common health problem and something many of us will experience at some point in our lives. Low back pain is the leading cause of discomfort and disability in the world and the prevalence peaks in older age. As many as 70% of adults suffer from this chronic condition. It is difficult to estimate who will be affected, when, or by what degree. When back pain strikes, treatment options are limited and often vary from person-to-person. Read more about how to relieve back pain and how exercise may help reduce it.
