The Portal has several types of content including informative Blog Posts, consumer-friendly Web Resource Ratings, and Evidence Summaries drawn from high quality research articles.
Our content for health professionals is drawn from three best-in-class resources for clinical, public health and policymaking questions. The Portal search interface helps you find the best available research evidence about healthy aging.
The Expert Advisory Council provides strategic advice and works with the team that oversees the McMaster Optimal Aging Portal.
The Portal is part of the Optimal Aging Knowledge Translation Enterprise at McMaster University, funded by the Labarge Optimal Aging Initiative.
