World Heart Day: making a promise to live healthier

Sunday, September 29 is World Heart Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of heart health. This year’s theme is around ‘Heart Heroes’: making a promise to live healthier lives by eating better, exercising more, and quitting smoking. Making small lifestyle changes can have a big impact and help to reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.
