Nutrition advice

Do you feel overwhelmed or confused by all the nutrition advice out there? You are not alone. There is an abundance of information available on the internet telling you what you should and shouldn't eat. Much of it is contradictory or unproven. This is a worrisome consideration, particularly for older adults who are vulnerable to poor nutrition due to factors including a lack of appetite or sense of taste, low income, isolation and physical disability. Seniors who do not get the necessary nutrients for good health have a greater risk of problems like diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.
