Healthy weight

Maintaining a healthy weight is important at any age, but it is especially vital for older adults. Exercise and nutrition play a key role in managing your weight and can ward off a host of health problems including diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Make a commitment to yourself to stay active and eat a healthy diet.
